Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it apart too much.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  6. Serve hot with crackers or bread.
