How To Make Cauliflower Crackers
Add more veggies to your daily diet with this easy recipe for cauliflower crackers. These crispy treats have the flavors of oregano and basil.
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head, medium
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, (low fat)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Lawry's garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment with cooking spray.

Grate cauliflower in food processor. Put in glass bowl in microwave 5 minutes. Dump cooked cauliflower on a clean dish towel. Let cool.

When cool to touch, squeeze as much liquid as possible. The drier it is the less oven time to dry it out. Add cooked cauliflower pulp back in the bowl add all other ingredients.

Mix everything together and then spread a thin layer on the parchment.

When the edges are starting to brown cut with a pizza cutter into any size cracker and use a spatula and flip over to brown on the other side.
