  • 4 tsp matcha powder
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with a little bit of hot water until it forms a smooth paste.

  2. In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.

  3. Add the matcha paste, sugar, and vanilla extract to the hot milk. Whisk until well combined.

  4. Continue to heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2-3 minutes until the flavors are well infused.

  5. Remove from heat and pour the matcha latte into cups or mugs.
