How To Make Easy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg until fluffy.

  2. Add flour, salt, sugar, milk, baking powder, and vegetable oil. Mix until just combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  6. Repeat until all the batter is used up.

  7. Serve with syrup and butter.
