How To Make Banana Banana Bread
This banana bread recipe is a perfect way to use overripe bananas. It is moist, sweet, and full of banana flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.

Mix in baking soda and salt.

Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

Mix in sifted flour until just combined.

Pour batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.

Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
