I’ve successfully completed the 21DSD 5 times. The first time suuuuuucked. The second time was slightly easier. After that, it has been easy peasy and I basically eat a 21DSD meal plan 80% of the time. The KEY to completed it successfully is having all your meals planned.

Before you get to the recipes, I do want to share with you a trick I’ve been using to carb my sweet tooth…essential oils. I personally use doTERRA because I know many of them can be ingested, unlike other brands. 1 drop of Slim & Sassy or even 1 drop of lemon in my water keeps the cravings away. Maybe it’s a mental thing, but for me it’s a great tool. You can learn more about essential oils here.
