  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until they start to soften.
